The 3am moment

Every parent knows this moment.

3:07am

The crying starts. Again.

3:08am

One thumb. One tap. No unlocking, no typing, no blinding white screen.

3:09am

“She's up again… why?”

“Four-month regression, right on schedule. Give her three minutes before you go in.”

That's not a chatbot. That's your coach — and she knows your baby.

Live demo

Don't take our word for it. Talk to her.

Two minutes with Nana, right here in your browser. Ask her the thing that's ruining your nights.

Nana's awake — she always is

Demo Nana doesn't know your baby yet. App Nana will.

Your mic turns on only after you tap — and off the moment you end.

That's the demo — imagine her knowing your baby.

The real Nana remembers every night, knows your method, and picks up where you left off.

How it works

Whisper. Coach. See it.

Talk

From your lock screen, in whatever state you're in. She waits when you pause. She never makes you repeat yourself.

Nana coaches — and logs

“Down at 7:30, up twice” becomes your baby's sleep record, automatically. Advice comes back short, calm, and specific to your night 5, not a generic listicle.

See it on the dashboard

Last night at a glance, trends across weeks, and tonight's one thing to do. The full plan lives in the app, not a PDF you'll never open again.

What you get

Built for the worst hour of your day.

The lock-screen coach

One hold, and you're talking. No unlock, no app-hunting, no typing with a baby on your shoulder.

She knows your baby

Age, temperament, method, last night, night 5 of the plan. Coaching that remembers is coaching that works.

Your method, your choice

Gentle-first, always. But it's the full honest menu — from stay-beside-them to Ferber, with the real evidence for each. And when you switch, you switch properly: gradually, never mid-night.

Can't talk? Type.

Full coaching by chat for waiting rooms, shared bedrooms, and movie nights. Same Nana, same memory.

The dashboard

Timeline of every night, trends, and a pediatrician report you can bring to checkups.

Programs, not PDFs

A night-by-night plan that updates as your baby does. Tonight's instruction, always one glance away.

Morning check-ins

“One wake-up last night — down from four. Tonight we hold steady.” Thirty seconds, and you're set.

Newborn to age six

Wake windows, regressions, nap transitions, preschool fears. Adjusted age for preemies, automatically.

Real numbers, real reassurance

“28% of one-year-olds still wake at night.” Pediatric sleep research, spoken like a friend.

The rules Nana never breaks.

Safe-sleep guidance

She follows AAP and Health Canada safe-sleep guidance in every answer — and catches unsafe setups kindly, immediately.

Never diagnoses

She never diagnoses and never advises medication. Ever. Asking doesn't help; we've tried.

Warning signs

Medical warning signs stop the coaching cold: her only job becomes getting you to your pediatrician.

Tested before it ships

Every version of Nana passes a safety evaluation suite — medication refusals, safe-sleep rules, age limits — before it ships. A failed safety test blocks the release.

Parents first

And she watches out for you, too. Exhausted parents get cared for before plans do.

We built the coach we'd trust with our own kids at 3am. Then we tested her like we didn't.

Methods

No method dogma. No judgment.

Some families want to stay beside the crib every night. Some want Ferber. Most want to know the honest evidence — which is that behavioral sleep methods work, and long-term studies show no harm to attachment. Nana lays out the menu, you choose, she coaches your choice like it's the only one that exists. And if it's not working? The Pivot Protocol: switch methods gradually and properly — like anything else you'd change in a baby's life. Never mid-night, never in a panic.

Gentle · default Fading Chair method Pick-up / put-down Ferber Pivot Protocol — switch without starting over

FAQ

Fair questions.

Is this medical advice?

No. Nana is a sleep coach, not a doctor — and she’s built to know the difference. Anything that smells medical goes straight to your pediatrician, with her help.

Which sleep-training methods does it use?

Yours. Gentle parent-present methods are the default; the full evidence-based menu (including Ferber and extinction) is there if you ask. Nothing is ever pushed.

What ages?

Newborn to six years. Preemies get adjusted-age scheduling automatically.

Is my baby’s data safe?

It stays on your phone. Voice audio is never stored. Nothing is sold, and there are no ad trackers in the app. Export or delete everything anytime.

Can my partner use it too?

Partner sharing is coming shortly after launch — one baby, one log, both of you talking to the same Nana.

What if I can’t talk out loud?

Chat mode is full Nana, typed. Same brain, same memory.

Android? Spanish?

Both on the roadmap. Spanish first — properly, with the whole safety suite re-tested in Spanish.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nana rests. Your dashboard, logging, and history stay free forever. Come back whenever — she’ll pick up right where you left off.

Rough night? We're building this for you.
